Pros – Job security - because it is a subsidiary of a giant in banking... Just like a spoiled son of wealthy father.
Cons – No Fair competition. Performance based appraisal is a mere joke. If you intellectually observe the high level management(from CEO till VPs) you could clearly understand the scale used for performance based appraisal.
Onsite opportunity is just a Dog's biscuits.
Advice to Senior Management – This is 2012. Please Open your eyes and understand this fair competitive world. Learn about Gandhi and Martin Luther King....
I accept discrimination and politics are everywhere in this World.... But it should never be at the cost of growth of the ultimate business, which is our Bread and Butter.

Juniors are easily made scapegoat .
